Pat & Leah,
I'm so sorry it has taken me this long to send this. I know I scribbled a quick note on the boat, but I doubt it came close to expressing how much fun we had on the Independence!!  Not only were we lucky enough to get to go out for a full day sail with you once, but twice! I view (almost) losing our camera as a blessing in disquise. It gave us the chance to go back out again for another day of beautiful scenery, great conversation & amazing snorkeling! That's not even mentioning the super yummy food you served.
Seeing and swimming with sea turtles has been on my bucket list for a very long time, and you ladies took me to a spot where we saw our first one within five minutes in the water! On our two days out, we ended seeing quite a bunch of them, along with spotted eagle rays, (We saw one the first trip, and two the next!! I named them Spot & Dot.) and assorted other awesome marine wildlife. 
I mentioned great conversation, but wanted to let you know that we not only enjoyed our time with each other (and the turtles!) but we really enjoyed talking with you both. As Pat said when she dropped us off after our last sail, we're like family now. We will definitely be back. (We've talked about relocating there eventually, and I've all but had to stop Shawn from calling you with questions!) Until then, I wish you smooth, safe sailing and a great Holiday season.

Captain Pat and Ray
I can't tell you what an awesome time we had on the Independence earlier this month.
The taxi ride to Red Hook turned out to be well worth the cab fare.
Your laid back, unassuming but helpful and knowledgeable ways made this day one of our favourite days on our cruise.
We loved learning about the area, your own stories, snorkeling, the sea turtles and how to make the perfect rum punch.
The snorkeling was phenomenal, especially with our friends which had never ever snorkeled before. As a result of your expert advice and patient support I think they are hooked for life!
Never has a group felt more relaxed, more secure, more thrilled to be sailing...
We hope to cross paths again sometime soon!

I always book the Independence 44 for day sails when we have guests down in the VI. Pat and Ray are wonderful hosts and make the day flow beautifully. The boat is a custom design that really gives you room to move around, lounge, and enjoy the different parts of the day. Pat is always ready to go where the snorkeling is good and crowds are not around. The food and drinks are wonderful! Overall, it is always our friends, and our own, favorite day in the Virgin Islands. GREAT VALUE!

Pat and Ray, We just wanted to say thanks for a bueatiful day sailing. Jonathon, Nicole, Stuart, Jenifer and I had a wonderful time snorkeling, and the light lunch was perfect. We look forward to visiting with you again, and we will highly recommend you to our friends.

Pat and Ray,
My friends and I had some amazing experiences on St. Thomas, but we all agree that our tour on your beautiful boat was the highlight. Thank you so much for taking us out. We learned a lot from both of you!
We were your last trip of the season, but it was the first (and most memorable) day of our vacation!
